I'd say Havukruunu is the inheritor of Quorthon and Bathory. Male choirs, vikingesque themes and tales of Finnish paganism from the happier times before our ancestors were made to convert or die by sword of blooded cross. These songs bring a tear into my eye when I think my ancestors being forced to kneel in front of a murderer.

"Singularity" hits the spot. The spot of how I generally feel about my city life as it is. Perfect compositions and mastering; no element seems out of place there. It's pretty much balancing on the edge of overdose, in a masterful way. Best crossover metal album so far! Fav tracks: "Resurgence" and "The Final Trance".

Quite possibly my favourite death/doom album. I choose this album to listen to when I feel like listening to something doomy more often than any other. It's clear that the band put a lot of effort into this album, and that hard work was worth it.
